Enjoy your tree, and have a very merry Christmas and happy new year!
We opened as usual the Friday after Thanksgiving and were open that weekend.
We will also be open the following weekend, Saturday and Sunday Dec. 2 and 3.
It has been a busy season! Reliable tree size is now up to 6 feet,
except for Red or White Pine, which go larger.
Gate opens at 9:00, closes at 4:00
Any tree $100 (cash or check only)
Keep your freshly cut tree watered, and it will last way past Christmas!
We're looking forward to this Christmas season, with an excellent crop of pines, spruces, cedar, and firs. The warming house will be open with crafts for sale, and there are pioneer activities for the family to enjoy!
From all of us at Pioneer Tree Farm,
We hope to see you soon!

Our trees are organically grown and pruned by hand.
A portion of sales is donated to the Environmental Defenders of McHenry County, and most of the workers are volunteers from the Defenders.
Wagon rides to and from the pines and tree shaking and baling are included at no extra charge. Hand saws are provided, or bring your own (no chain saws or axes, please). If you bring your dog, please keep it on a leash while you are here.
Whether or not you've cut your own Christmas tree before, we recommend you read Tips for Cutting
Your Own Tree.
Maps will give you driving directions to the farm. We look forward to seeing you!
